This blog post dives into the Beamlytics dashboard report, a handy tool for visualizing key business metrics. These metrics, called KPIs (key performance indicators), offer valuable insights into your customer base, revenue streams, and overall website performance.
Connecting the Dots: BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Your Data
Beamlytics utilizes Looker Studio, a business intelligence platform, to create clear and informative data visualizations. Looker Studio connects seamlessly with BigQuery, a powerful Google Cloud Platform data warehouse designed to handle massive datasets.
To set up your Beamlytics dashboard, you’ll need to establish a connection between Looker Studio and BigQuery. This is a straightforward process within the Looker Studio interface. Once connected, you can choose the specific KPIs you want to track on your dashboard.
